Planet 8
Fritz and Sam
Smith live on Planet 7 in District Two. Planet 7 is mostly water and only has
three districts. Fritz and Sam’s family is made up of Dad, Mom, Fritz, Sam and
their little sister Annie. Fritz and Sam go to school at School One. Fritz and
Sam are twins and only have two friends. Will Ksom is one of them along with
Rachel Oster. They all are very good friends and the only ones they have. Will
is very, very strong, Rachel is a master hacker, Sam is a human GPS and Fritz
is great at puzzling things. The Star Republic is made up of 7 planets;
1,2,3,4,5,6,7 and you know they live on Planet 7. The Star Republic is very strict
and you have to do anything the police say no matter what. The ruler of the
Star Republic is the great Kurah, almost know one sees him except his three
generals but that’s all about to change.
“Hey!” says
Rachel from the other side of the street. As she comes across she shows Fritz,
Sam and Will her phone which shows an x-ray of their town. Rachel thinks that
there’s an underground Star Republic base under their town and up till now she
didn’t have any proof but this shows that there was something under their feet.
The kids look at her in disbelief. Sam says, “How did you get that?” Not
believing her. But Rachel says “I hacked into the Star Republic’s software and
found this”. As they walk to school they decide to meet at Rachel’s house
after.
When school is finally out, they all meet up at Rachel’s house as planned. They go up to her room to find it a bomb of wires. “Doesn’t your dad look up here?” asks Fritz. “Not really, he’s always at work,” says Rachel. Rachel’s mom was taken by the Star Republic when she was a baby and the only thing Rachel remembers is the police taking her mom down some stairs and Rachel’s never stopped looking for her. “I think we should go down this way,” says Rachel pointing to a sewer. “Wait! Who said anything about going?” says Sam. “Come on, Sam, you never want to do anything,” Says Will, “And this is a good chance to do something for once”. “GOOD CHANCE!” Says Sam, “Going into a restricted area is not a good chance!” After they finally get Sam to think about it they decide it will be Friday after dark. They all go home to get ready.

They set out
at two in the morning to get out of the houses safely. “Come on this way” says
Rachel. As they go down the sewer pipe, Fritz looks out first and immediately
draws back. “There’s a guard right there,” says Fritz. “Let me take care of
him, “says Will. Rachel, Sam and Fritz wait while they hear; “hey” It was Will’s
voice and right after they hear a thunk and someone falling to the ground.
“Come on!” says Will. As they come down he tells them to turn around so he can
change into the security guard’s outfit.
As soon as he
changes into the uniform they all sprint to a door that looks like it goes
somewhere. Rachel cracks the door open and peers inside. She slowly shuts the
door and says, “It looks like a subway.” “Are there any guards?” asks Sam.
“Doesn’t look like it” says Rachel, “The doors open to the train and I think we
can sneak in”. “Well, let’s go, “ Will says already heading toward the door.
“Wait!” says Sam “You’ll get caught by that guard.” But it was too late the
guard was already heading towards him.
