Family camp

This past weekend, we went to Family Camp 2009. Family Camp is where all of our church goes camping together. We had a bonfire and flew kites and had a puppet show and made rockets. We also went on a nature hike and got a stuffed animal and played soccer and ate lots of food. It was awesome!

Hocking Hills

We took our first family campout this past weekend for Mother's Day. We went to Hocking Hills State Park which is about a two hour drive. We arrived in time for a picnic lunch, set up all of the gear and then went to see Old Man's Cave. When we returned, the boys started up the campfire and then we had dinner over the fire followed by s'mores, of course. On Sunday morning, we ate breakfast and headed out to see Cedar Falls and Ash cave. Then we packed up and saw Rock House on our way out of the Park. It was a really fun time!

Abigail insisted on climbing, too!
