Independent Study: The Science of Cooking

Adam has been working on cooking for his Independent Study. He is using the book, The Science of Cooking. Some of his creations are below. He also really likes the Pioneer Woman and frequently looks up her recipes to make for us.

Club Sandwiches for lunch

Uncle Larry taught him how to make marinated Flank Steak.

He also has made deviled eggs and egg salad. 

For Thanksgiving, he will be working with Grampy on our turkey and mashed potatoes. He will also make the Green Bean casserole and also the stuffing.
